Then whisk the brownie mix, large eggs, olive oil and flour together in a large mixing bowl. Next, divide and roll the dough into one-tablespoon balls with your hands. Roll each cookie dough ball in a medium-sized bowl of powdered sugar, making sure they are well coated.

STEP 3: PRESS

Add some extra sugar to the top of the cookies and press.
