These Carrot Cake Waffles are a family favorite for brunch, Easter breakfast and slow sunday mornings. They have all the warm spice of carrot cake packed into golden, crisp waffles. Add a swirl of maple cream cheese glaze, and breakfast suddenly feels like dessert.

  • Carrot Cake Mix: You will need your favorite box cake mix and the ingredients called for in the instructions in the directions on the package. This has all the dry ingredients such as flour, baking powder etc.

  1. when u look at ingredients and your boxes show for 1,2,3x wouldn’t it need to say 2 boxes, or 3 boxes when u click on the x if you want to make multiple batches? the eggs, oil, & water change to proper amounts but not the amount of boxes, do u need a box for each batch if doing multiples, or only 1 box period, no matter how many x u want to make, so basically just the same as 1 box mix x each box
