  • 1 Flatbread , – I used Joseph’s Lavash Bread measures about 13×9 inches
  • ¼ cup Barbecue sauce
  • 1 ¼ cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded.
  • ½ cup Chicken, cooked and shredded
  • ¼ Small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Green onion, diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  • Cut the onions.
  • Put the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  • Spread the bbq sauce over the flatbread with a sauce brush, keeping a little edge clear of sauce.
  • Spread the cheese over the bbq sauce.
  • Sprinkle the chicken around the flatbread, then the red onion. Sprinkle green onion over the top.
  • Transfer the baking sheet to the oven, and bake for 7-9 minutes, until the cheese is melted to your desired doneness.
  • Cut into 8 pieces, and enjoy!
