In a large bowl combine the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil.
Add the juice and zest of 1 large lemon and next mix all ingredients until well combined.
Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes for best results and then spoon onto a baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for about 11-13 minutes or until edges start to turn golden brown and allow to cool on a cooling rack.
Serve it a chocolate chips or nuts on the top. Enjoy.
