In a large bowl, stir together box of cake mix and flour. Add eggs, oil and sour cream, and mix on medium speed until well blended.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper then scoop a dough into approximately one-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet.
Press 1- inch balls down with the back of a spoon dipped in sugar to flatten cookies to about a half inch thick.
Bake approximately ten minutes until just set. Let cookies cool for a minute on the pan and then transfer to cooling rack until completely cooled.
Serve it with milk or hot chocolate. Enjoy.
