Easy Coconut Pineapple Cake in the Crock Pot

INGREDIENTS

yellow cake mix water eggs butter crushed pineapple coconut pecans powdered sugar pineapple and juice

STEP 1

In a bowl stir all cake ingredients just until they come together.

STEP 2

Prepare slow cooker with nonstick spray.

STEP 3

 Pour batter in, cover and cook on high for 2 hours, DO NOT REMOVE LID during cooking.

STEP 4

When done, turn off slow cooker.

STEP 5

Whisk all glaze ingredients together until well combined.

STEP 6

Pour glaze over warm cake.Let sit for 5-10 minutes.

STEP 7

Spoon into bowls and garnish with more coconut & pecans, and ice cream or cool whip, if desired.

STEP 8

Serve and enjoy!!
