– 1 white cake mix - Prepared per directions – food coloring Red, yellow, blue, and green – White frosting – Black gel icing – Deco eyes – Orange jelly beans – Candy corn – Mini chocolate chip cookies

Bake your cupcakes per the package directions. allow to cool and then decorate per the directions.

Use black gel icing to draw on mouth

ELMO STEP 1

Use tip 233 to pipe red fur on remainder of cupcake from the mouth out as shown

ELMO STEP 2

Attach eyes and orange jelly bean for the nose

Use black gel icing to draw on mouth

COOKIE MONSTER STEP 1

 Use tip 233 to pipe blue fur on remainder of cupcake from the mouth outward as shown

COOKIE MONSTER STEP 2

Attach eyes and place mini chocolate chip cookie in mouth

Use black gel icing to draw on mouth

OSCAR STEP 1

Use tip 233 to pipe green fur on remainder of cupcake from the mouth out as shown. Attach eyes and use black gel icing to create eyebrows.

OSCAR STEP 2

Use tip 70 to pipe yellow feathers over entire cupcake – start at the center and work your way out to the edge, repeat process all the way around

BIG BIRD STEP 1

Press in 2 candy corn, point up, to form the beak. Use a blue edible marker (if desired) to create eyelids on deco eyes.

BIG BIRD STEP 2

Attach eyes and a craft feather.
