Sesame Street Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

▢ white cake mix ▢ food coloring, Red, yellow, blue, and green ▢ White frosting ▢ Black gel icing ▢ Deco eyes ▢ Orange jelly beans ▢ Candy corn ▢ Mini chocolate chip cookies

STEP 1

Bake cupcakes per recipe directions, cool completely.

STEP 3

Use black gel icing to draw on mouth.

STEP 4

Use tip 233 to pipe red fur on remainder of cupcake from the mouth out as shown.

STEP 5

Attach eyes and orange jelly bean for the nose.

STEP 6

Cookie Monster

STEP 7

Use black gel icing to draw on mouth.

STEP 8

Use tip 233 to pipe blue fur on remainder of cupcake from the mouth outward as shown.

STEP 9

Attach eyes and place mini chocolate chip cookie in mouth.

STEP 10

Oscar

STEP 11

Use black gel icing to draw on mouth.

STEP 12

Use tip 233 to pipe green fur on remainder of cupcake from the mouth out as shown.

STEP 13

Attach eyes and use black gel icing to create eyebrows.

STEP 14

Big Bird

STEP 15

Use tip 70 to pipe yellow feathers over entire cupcake. 

STEP 16

Press in 2 candy corn, point up, to form the beak.

STEP 17

Use a blue edible marker to create eyelids on deco eyes.

STEP 18

Attach eyes and a craft feather.

STEP 19

Serve and enjoy!
