Mix together the cake mix, eggs and oil. Do not overmix.
Roll into 1.5 inch balls.
Place onto a parchment lined baking tray.
Bake for 7-9 minutes or until there are cracks on the top of the cookies.
Let cool on baking tray for 10 minutes.
Melt caramels for 20 seconds in the microwave.
Melt chocolate for 45 seconds (or until melted) in the microwave.
Spread caramel on the cooled cookies.
Top with melted chocolate.

Add Crushed Twix: Chop Twix bars and place on top of the cookie, or some chewy caramel and mini milk chocolate chips can be used.
