– 1 cake mix strawberry – 3.5 ounces vanilla pudding – 1 cup almond milk – 1 cup Strawberry Lime Margarita divided, Ready to Jose Cuervo Drink – 8 ounces whipped topping – 16 ounces strawberries – 1 tablespoon lime zest – Lime slices and strawberry slices to garnish
Bake cake in a preheated oven in a prepared pan according to package instructions. Allow cake to partially cool on a wire cooling rack.
Poke holes with the handle of a wooden spoon in entire cake. Pour 1/2 cup Jose Cuervo Drink Strawberry Lime Margarita over the holes in the cake, allowing it to soak up.
Make the pudding filling in a small bowl with vanilla pudding mix with almond milk and ½ Jose Cuervo Strawberry Lime Margarita.
Fold in whipped topping with strawberries and lime zest.
ADD STRAWBERRY AND LEMON ZEST
Spread pudding filling on top of the cake. Garnish with the lemon slices and strawberries, refrigerate for at least an hour.
