Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray a bundt pan with baking spray and set aside.

Mix the cake mix as per directions on the box, adding eggs, oil, and water.

Add in cinnamon and vanilla and mix.

Add applesauce, diced apples, and pecans, and mix into batter.

Bake for 38 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 25 minutes then turn out onto a cooling rack to completely cool.

Sprinkle top with powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy.
