Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine brownie mix, eggs, olive oil and flour.

Take one tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball in your hand. Place about two inches apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for five minutes, then open the oven and add marshmallows on top of the cookies. Remove from oven and transfer to a cooling rack using a cookie spatula.

Sprinkle cocoa powder on top of cookies once they cool. Serve and enjoy.
