Andes Mint Chocolate Cookies

INGREDIENTS

sugar cookie mix Andes mint candies chocolate chips

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

STEP 2

Prepare cookie mix following the directions on the package. Wrap bowl in plastic wrap and chill dough for at least 15 minutes.

STEP 3

Take one tablespoon of dough with a cookie scoop and flatten into a disk.

STEP 4

Place the candy in the center and wrap the edges of the dough around the Andes candy until it's completely covered.

STEP 5

 Place cookies 2 inches apart on the baking sheet and bake for 7-9 minutes, or until cookies are set.

STEP 6

 Allow to cool for 2 minutes, then move to a cooling rack to finish cooling.

STEP 7

Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, making sure to stir every 15 seconds.

STEP 8

 Immediately drizzle melted chocolate over the cookies.

STEP 9

Serve and enjoy!
