Mix ingredients together until combined. Do not overmix.
Roll into 1.5 inch balls.
Place onto a parchment lined baking tray.
Bake for 7-9 minutes or until there are cracks on the top of cookies.
Let cool on baking tray for 10 minutes.
Spread icing on top of cookies.
