yellow cake mix

Whipped cream frosting
▢
sprinkle mix

Multi-colored

Mike & Ike candies

Toothpicks

cut in half, 2-3 per cupcake
Instructions
Bake cupcakes per recipe and cool completely.
Pipe a flat swirl of whipped cream frosting on each cupcake.
Place a toothpick half in each candy, with the pointed toothpick end into the wide part of the candy to create the popsicles.
Place 2-3 popsicles on each cupcake.
Use sprinkles on each cupcake to fill a little of the space.

Add Different Colors:
Use different color icing and different flavors for this recipe.

Freeze cupcakes and pull them out when you want to make them.
