Ingredients

Duncan Hines Red Velvet Cake Mix

any cake mix will work

white chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
Line two baking sheets with silicone baking mats, parchment paper, or foil, set aside.
Mix the eggs and oil together.
Pour the cake mix into a mixing bowl and stir in the eggs and oil.
Mix until smooth and no lumps remain.
Add white chocolate chips and stir to combine.
Make 24 balls and roll them in the sugar.
Place on prepared baking sheets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-13 minutes or until the cookies have puffed and flattened.
Let cool on the baking sheets 2-3 minutes and then remove to a cooling rack.
Notes
Add Different Chips:
Dark chocolate chips, yogurt chocolate chips or even sugar free chocolate chips.
Frost:
Cream cheese frosting is a great topper to ice these cookies with.
Variation tip:
Sprinkles are a great option to make this red velvet cookie recipe special.
Alternate ingredient:
Try adding candies, chocolate coated candies or other candy treats.
Alternate cooking method tip:
Bake the cookies in the air fryer.
