Rainbow St. Patrick's Day Cupcakes
Servings: 12 cupcakes
Ingredients
- 12 Cupcakes - Prebaked
- 12 Airhead Xtremes Belts Sweetly Sour
- 12 Reese Cups - Mini
- 1¼ cup sprinkles - Gold sequin edible
- 16 ounces Frosting - 1 tub
Instructions
- Frost cupcakes with desired icing.
- Place a Reese's cup on the right side of the cupcake.
- Pipe a small amount of buttercream onto the Reese's cup.
- Dip it into the sprinkles (this is less messy than dumping sprinkles) and place back on the cupcake.
- Cut the airheads in half and place them on the cupcakes so it looks like the Reese's Cup is at the end of the rainbow.
Notes
- Premade: You can buy premade cupcakes and scrap off the icing and create the new design on top.
- Frosting: Use a fun rainbow frosting for the cupcakes.
- Candy: If you can't find the airheads, try these fun rainbows.
