Brownie mix

raspberry jam
▢

cup
unsweetened coconut
▢
Whipped topping:

heavy cream
▢

tablespoon
sugar
Instructions
Prepare brownies per package or recipe instructions, let cool and cut into squares (or use brownie pan)
Mix jam and coconut together until well combined
Spread on top of brownies
Mix whipped cream ingredients with hand mixer until stiff peaks form
Use piping bag or simply dollop cream onto lamingtons
Notes
Add Nuts or Chips:
Elevate your brownies with things such as pecans or walnuts and or chips.
Short cut tip:
Make the brownies and freeze them until you are ready to use them.
Tips:
Undercooking your brownies slightly will give them a gooier texture.
Alternate cooking method tip:
Make it in your air fryer or instant pot.
Drizzle:
A chocolate drizzle on top of the brownies in white, dark or milk chocolate.
