Mix all cake ingredients with hand mixer in a large bowl until well combined.
Grease Bundt pan with cooking spray and fill with batter.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from center of cake.
Cool for 20 minutes, then flip onto serving plate.
Glaze
Mix all glaze ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth.
Drizzle over cooled cake.

More Lemon: For lemon lovers, if the cake isn't as lemony as you like, add lemon zest to the batter and glaze for a bright lemon flavor. You can also add candied lemon slices to the top of the cake.
Easy Icing: No time for glaze? Substitute store bought lemon frosting for a quick decoration, and throw some fresh berries on top.
