STEP 4: Bake for 25-30 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean, nothing sticking to it. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
STEP 5: Place 1 cup of Sunkist in a saucepan and heat until boiling over medium-high heat. Reduce to medium-low and simmer until reduced to 1/4. Allow to cool.
STEP 7: Use an angled spatula to spread frosting onto each cupcake and roll it in the sugar crystals. Then swirl frosting on top and garnish with orange sprinkles.
