Rosette Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

Chocolate cake mix butter icing sugar cocoa powder milk – red gel food coloring – green frosting 

STEP 1: Prepare chocolate cupcakes according to directions. Allow to cool completely before decorating.

STEP 2: In a large bowl, beat together butter, icing sugar, cocoa powder and ½ tbsp milk. Mix until smooth and well combined.

STEP 3:  Add red gel food coloring and beat with electric mixer until completely tinted.

STEP 4:  Scoop red buttercream into a piping bag with Wilton tip #21 attached.

STEP 5:  Start out by piping out one circle on the center and pipe out more flower circles around the center flower.

STEP 6:  Pipe out 3-4 leaves on each cupcake.

STEP 7:  Serve and enjoy!
