Fruity Pebble Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

Box White Cake Mix Fruity Pebbles Cereal White Chocolate Pudding Mix Water Vegetable Oil Egg Whites Salted Butter Vanilla Extract Heavy Whipping Cream Vanilla Greek Yogurt Powdered Sugar

STEP 1

 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and fill cupcake tin with liners.

STEP 2

In a large mixing bowl, add the cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil, and egg whites.

STEP 3

Using an electric mixer, mix on medium until batter is smooth.

STEP 4

 Fold in ¾ cup of the Fruity Pebbles Cereal.

STEP 5

Once batter is smooth, fill cupcake liners until each is about 2/3 full. Sprinkle a pinch of Fruity Pebble cereal on top of batter before baking.

STEP 6

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

STEP 7

Let cupcakes cool fully before frosting.

STEP 8

Serve and enjoy!
